I need help losing 10lbs.. Mostly what to eat more than anything. I exercise 7 days a week. These last 10 are not wanting to come off!
It's pretty normal to hit a plateau. Just have to keep doing what you're doing. If you try to crash diet, you'll probably end up gaining the weight back and then some
10lbs in one month is unhealthy. That should generally only happen to someone extremely overweight and on their first month of a diet.
Change up your workout.
Do something completely different from your normal workout. Use varying speeds, weights, intensities and durations. No soda or juice, leave your coffee black, eat more healthy fats like EVOO, avocado, walnuts and almonds.
