Okay so i havent worked out in a long long time, way before my second child. Before i ever had kids i used to work out 5 days a week for an hour and had the rockin body. Now after two kids im at the heaviest i ever been in my life, i weigh 175 pounds. I hate the way my muffin top looks and i hate wearing jeans. I have already started my weight loss journey by making a few lifestyle changes. I completely stopped drinking pop and candy and sweets like that ( i was not taking the best care of myself i had very bad dental problems and that was my breaking point). I stopped eating chips and cut out most of the fast food (not all , but i know i should). And i started drinking ALOT of water, before i used to drink tons of pop! I want to be atleast 120 or 130, thats my goal and to fit into size five again lol i think im just too lazy sometimes to make time for working out, i admit i do spend alot of time on my phone. And a question for you ladies, what are strength workouts? I dont have access to weights

Body weight stuff is very effective. I actually fashioned some trx suspension trainers for about 12 dollar with pvc and trailer tie down straps.. Youtube has many workouts/videos showing how they are used. You can do whatever you set your mind to.
