Quoting Cass Hole:" <blockquote><b>Quoting Coda&Cadence's Mommy:</b>" I'm not charging $5. I paid more ... [snip!] ... opinion so that you might actually sell one of these. I'm sorry if I offended you but I was actually trying to help you.."

You can do that by giving me tips to make this one to look better without having to go out and buy more stuff when I already spent $12 and wasted a lot of gas trying to find the pool noodles and flip flops.

Then I suggest buying better quality material instead of a dollar store leis. If you spent $20 on quality flowers and ribbon and tweaked it a bit you could even sell it for more.

When you are starting out sometimes its trial and error. The materials look cheap, sometimes you have to make a few and learn what not to do/use and perfect your craft. There is not a single person who makes a product who got it right the first time.

BUT using the material you already have I would try to bunch the flowers and stars into a cluster instead of making them sparse and random.

your money could have better spent.

If you plan to make several of the same thing, look online for wholesale or bulk pricing.

I do want to start getting in bulk but I have to earn money first.

I'm gonna see if I can take the stuff off without ripping it and will wrap ribbon around it. I have another pack of flowers and a few more shells and will add them on there.

I would love to do the mesh ones that people do but I do love my tulle.
