I was a bit over weight before I got pregnant, then thanks to walking lots and a healthier diet I only gained 5lbs. I ended up weighing 20lbs less than I did pre-pregnancy two weeks after she was born. Now almost 5 weeks post partum Im down another 10 lbs just from eating healthy and going for a half hour walk twice a day. Im super proud of myself and I am starting to love the way my tummy looks under my clothes, except I have a lot of loose skin. Is there anything I can do to help tighten up the skin on my tummy? As I loose weight it just seems to get worse.

I tried everything and even my doctor said my skin won't go back no matter what I do. You could try to start doing sit ups to try and t

you can drink a lot of water, and give it time.

but even at my lowest weight, I had loose skin. only surgery would fix that. so like I said, just give it time. you're only a few weeks PP

Sit ups/crunches and time. Mine is taking months but it's slowly tightening up , I'm noticing a difference.
