I am supposed to bring cookies to dd's piano recital. Wwhat is your favorite cookie recipe? I like thick, chewy cookies.

easiest one I've ever made......



1 cup pb
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla



preheat oven to 375 degrees



mix egg, vanilla and sugar until the sugar is all dissolved. Stir in the pb.



roll into balls and squish with a fork.



bake for 10 mins :) yummy chewy goodness!

That's exactly like the one I just posted! Except mine are peanut butter and jelly cookies they are so freaking good!!!

Thanks ladies! Alissa, I think that is the recipe I use for choc chip and they are always sooo good.. I'll for sure make those. The crema cheese sugar sound good too.
