ok so we are most likely calling this baby Delilah!

however my eldest dd who is nearly three says cor lie lah when she tries to say delilah, which is cute! but now dh loves corlilah! i think its cute but its not a name! i keep telling him its just made up and the cuteness of it will prob wear off! hes adimit that it can be used as a real name tho...
ive been seaching the net like crazy trying to find if it is a name but the closest i can find is kelilah which is jewish and pronounced ke lee lah so its not the same!

i guess im asking what do you think of cor lie lah?? i dont even know how you would spell it!! im on the fence sometimes i think yeah thats nice and other days im like its stupid!

what about Cordelia?

Corlilah doesn't bother me. But my son's name is Orion, so I'm a fan of the unique aspect. You'd have to repeat yourself a ton when telling people her name, and it would likely usually be misspelled.

I don't like made up names, even though it does sound cute.

What about coralline or Cory? Both have that "C" sound

I do like Delilah though

I don't think it's bad but I'd probably stick with Delilah

It's different.. not the worst I've heard. But I'm not really a fan of Delilah either.

What about Coralie? Core-ah-lie.

I've always felt Delilah was more fitting for a dog, and well Corlilah definitely sounds like a name for a dog.

isn't that always the truth? I have a great girl's name I want to use, which only ensures that I will ALWAYS have boys.
