So I am heading up a squadron function and need to spit roast a whole pig. Any tips??
The pig is coming frozen. Not a clue what to do.

Thanks, I will look into it.

I am usually the chick showing up when the pig is done. Just to eat it.

Low and slow! We use to do them all the time. You have to cook that thing all night until the meat shreds easily. Season it with whatever you like (salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder). Yum!
