We will not be ttc #2 until next spring but I like to have lists a head of time. Dh and I never agree on girls names. So can you suggest as many as you can think. We like names on the different side...thanks...I am hoping that if I throw names at him he will like one of them!

It's an actual variant of Helen. Helena is typically pronounced Hell-en-a, whereas Helaina is pronounced Ha-lay-na, similar to the pronunciation of the alternate Helen variant Elena with is pronounced A-lay-na.

No it isn't. Its a phonetic butchering of the name Helena, which has multiple pronunciations, including he-lane-uh.
