I can't remember exactly when they started happening but i definitely had them from that point onwards. I know my daughter got them at least 5 times a day lol I could feel them. I had a doc appointment around 26 weeks and we could hear them on the Doppler. I think the doc woke her up or something when she was feeling my stomach coz she suddenly started kicking and wriggling, then started kicking the Doppler and got hiccups.

Hiccups started at like 32 weeks, now LO gets them roughly 5 times a day. I also have an anterior placenta though, I remember feeling one bout of hiccups around 30 weeks but I didn't pay much attention since it happened maybe once or twice that week and I'm a rather spacey person when I'm in my third trimester apparently.

The popping feeling is most likely movement from baby, since I had some popping like sensations around the same time and it was not hiccups according to three of my doctors.

Yea actually that does ring a bell! As I said above I can't remember exactly when I started feeling them so it could've been much later on. It probably was my 32 or 33 week doc appointment they picked it up on the Doppler. I know I had a scan at 36 weeks and another at 38 weeks but they were definitely happening a while before then.

Lol they've caught quite a bit of hiccups on the NST for me. After a while I feel bad for LO since I know hiccups that last that long for me end up really frustrating me lol.

I started feeling the hiccups I'd say around 25 weeks onward.
My baby was moving like crazy starting at 16 weeks, doctor didn't even believe me then she saw it with her own eyes.
It's because I'm tiny though I can feel everything.

They were jolts, came exactly every couple seconds, they've become stronger and more frequent but I definitely know they were hiccups.

Not every baby starts to practice breathing right at 32 weeks.
Every pregnancy, baby and person is different.
But honestly once they start you'll just know.
