Okay ladies. I'm putting myself out there for accountability and support. 30 lbs down in 3 months. Didn't start working out until March. It's a work in progress and I still hate exercise. What do you think?.. be brutal...

Quoting Amy {OneGirl, TwoBoys}:" you look great! what are you doing differently? just exercise or both exercise & diet"

I do zumba 2-5 days a week. I don't do it if i really don't feel like it. I don't believe in forcing myself to do something I really don't want to because I'ld rather make lifestyle choices that I can deal with instead of trying to sustain something I hate. I eat most of the same things, just less of it.. I've found that after about a week my stomach shrank and it takes less to make me feel full. Although, all it takes is one binge to stretch it out and then it takes another week of feeling hungry to get it to shrink again.
