I just made a good one. I got it off something on facebook. It is said to help get rid of belly fat. Good for breakfast but I made it as an after workout snack.
It calls for
1/2 cup lowfat peanut butter
1/2 cup almond milk
(I used a whole banana...and less peanut butter)
It was yummy!!!
