What are some simple chicken dinner ideas? I have chicken breasts and chicken legs. I also have tons of veggies, cream of chicken, chicken broth, potatoes... almost every regular spice....
What do you make with chicken that isn't too time consuming?

You can bake the chicken with the cream if chicken over it, and whip up sine mashed potatoes. Then you can use the cream of chicken as a sort of gravy. I cook it all the time.

I make something I call chicken bake. I coat the chicken in flour and fry it up in a pan all the way through. In the meantime I am making some rice and some peas as well. I take the chicken out of the pan but leave the oil and such in the pan. Then I add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup to the pan that I cooked the chicken in and mix it all together. Once the rice and peas are done I mix the rice and peas together and put it in a roaster. I then lay the chicken on top of the rice and then pour the sauce over the chicken and rice. I pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes and viola! My grandma was over helping me yesterday and made this for me. One of my favorite dishes :)

2 cups broth, one cup water, one can cream of chicken, breasts, legs (boilling the bones adds TONs of nutrients to your dinner) veggies, (carrots, peas, onion, small potatoe chunks) some thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, 2 bay leaves, put in crock pot for 4 hours on high, after 4 hours, mix 3 eggs, 1 cup flour, some baking powder, some herbs, mix, and drop in, let cook for one more hour. EAT AND ENJOY!

We didn't have any oil but just used some margerine instead.
