I'm having a 3d/4d ultrasound done on the 16th to find out the gender so I want to start getting ideas for names. We have a boy whose name is Aiden Thomas Michael. For a boy I like Bryson and Eli. For a girl I like Ryleigh, and Brylee. Thoughts or suggestions on other names?

I loveeee Eli. Not a fan of Ryleigh or Brylee. For girls, I like more classic names like Claire, Victoria, Catherine.

Eli is cute, but I'd use more a formal name such as Elias or Elijah. Eli is more of a nickname to me. I don't like your girls name really at all. Ryleigh is a trendy spelling of a masculine name. And Brylee is also trendy and made up.

I'd maybe use Brynn instead of Brylee.

my son is Eli and his actual name is Elias.
I also like Brynn a lot I think it's cute...I also know a Brinlee and I think that is a cute name but I like more traditional names.

You'll be, what, 14 weeks? That's awfully early.

Eli is nice. Ryleigh and Brylee are terrible. Other suggestions:

Rhiannon
Briar
Anneliese
Leanne

At 14 weeks a boy and a girl have the same looking genitals. At 14 weeks the best you are getting is an educated guess. Lots of places say they can do it that early to suck money out of people. I hope they offer a money back guarantee.

I would not trust a 14 week scan. Some things you just have to wait for. Patience and shit.

I think you will be just fine with your ultrasound! I found at 14 weeks with my last baby I was having a boy it was pretty obvious. . I get to find out at 15 weeks with this one. My doctor does 3D 4D ultrasounds. She is an awesome doc:) . Anyways I Love the name Eli for a boy but don't really like the girl names.

At 14 weeks a girls clitoris protrudes between her legs as far as a boys penis does. Just because your tech was right doesn't mean they are a good idea. I mean, they had a 50/50 shot of being right.

I can upload a picture of my ultrasound at 14 weeks it is pretty obvious it was a boy!! With 3D 4D ultrasounds they are pretty clear... People are starting to find out a lot earlier now then they did back in the day. I have 4 kids & I found pretty early with all of them besides my oldest with 3D 4D ultrasound....

It's like it's like I wasn't talking to you.... I was just saying I think for me personally I love getting early ultrasounds because I can start shopping early... & start the nursery.
