Don't they test for that as newborns? Isn't that what the pku heel prick is for?

It only tests for specific enzyme disorders.... there are far more than that. But yes they do.

My oldest was about 14lbs at 6 months old and my baby just turned 6 months old and he is 17lbs and 4 ounces. He is 26 1/2 inches long.
Every baby is different and I have learned that from both my boys.
