So, I was told I have PCOS. I don't know too much about it. However, I am trying to find out if this is due to the PCOS, or something else. I woke up this morning with some bloody discharge. Can't really call it spotting, because it was only there when I wiped. It started out pinkish/red, second time more orangeish/pink, third time brown. It isn't a lot, just noticeable when I wipe. I haven't had a period since I had DS2 9 months ago. I am not cramping, and besides what feel like gall bladder attacks in the evening (throwing up and EXTREME stomach cramps), headache, and being tired/lightheaded I'm fine! Could this be from the PCOS messing with my body? Or the cysts causing problems again? I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to feel and be normal again! Any ideas what this is?

Could you be pregnant? Totally not a stalker, but I' saw you were sick too.

I would call your ob and talk to them. PCOS can have a whole bunch of symptoms. I don't personally normally puke or anything like that. My cycles are just wonky and sometimes longer/heavier than normal.

What I've heard about PCOS and the cyst rupturing is that it can cause massive amounts of bleeding, cramping, etc. However, if you're puking all of the time and bleeding off an on, I would be concerned.

If it was me and they brushed it off the first time as a chemical pregnancy knowing that you had your tubes tied and never looked into it further, I would probably be considering a new OB.

Quoting Summerfrost:" I would call your ob and talk to them. PCOS can have a whole bunch of symptoms. I don't personally normally ... [snip!] ... pregnancy knowing that you had your tubes tied and never looked into it further, I would probably be considering a new OB. "

I saw what they call a midlevel for that appointment honestly. I saw my OB this time around. He has me coming back next month for a followup anyways, unless I have issues. I just hate going constantly! I feel like I'm bothering him!
