I just started the 30 day shred again. I started and stopped a while ago. I've lost 30 pounds so far through dieting and exercising, I do a half hour of Pilates everyday, 20 minutes of walking and some strength exercising too.
I'm just wondering if I should continue doing the other exercising on top of the 30ds or should I skip the Pilates/strength?
I'm thinking of maybe keeping 15 minutes of the Pilates, the walking and the strength. That seems good right?
