I spend $150-$200 for DH, DD (14 months) and I.
We spent about $40/week when it was me, SO and LO, but we also bought in bulk, drink a lot of water, look for sales and LOVE pasta... which is cheap haha
We used to make it on that a month for four people.... But I would use that just to be safe.
I have a budget of $75 every two weeks for me my husband and our almost 15 month old. but we spend about $25 in between paychecks on random things so about 200 a month
Quoting Mama Milk Machine! (+2!):" We spent about $40/week when it was me, SO and LO, but we also bought in bulk, drink a lot of water, look for sales and LOVE pasta... which is cheap haha"
This is what we do lol If it won't go bad, I buy it in bulk.
It depends, do you eat out a lot for breakfast/lunch, or do you take along?
For dh and I, we would spend about 150/2weeks but that was buying breakfast, lunch and dinner for the two weeks plus sodas, other drinks like gatorade and waters and snacks.
So to me 300 isn't outrageous, but we definitely could've cut back.
we spend about 50-60/per on a normal week.
I spend $50 to $100 per week but I buy only organic and eat mainly produce and grass fed meats.
My budget is $120/week for three but I'm a SAHM
I try to spend about 150 a month for my son and I.. I try and do a little bit less than that.
Between me, DS, and SO we spend over 400 a month in groceries! It doesn't go as far as it used to..
300 sounds on the high end. Like, if you eat at home all the time and buy brand name everything.
I think if you budgeted and bought smartly, like, buy what you can in bulk(Sam's club maybe) and buy store brand of everything you can, you could make due with $150 I bet.
