I'm having regular contractions not real painful but also not enough to go in yet. Can I go to sleep? (If I can manage to fall asleep) if I'm in labor my body won't try and give birth while I'm out? Silly ? I know but I'm kinda scared to go to sleep lol

Yes! If you can go to sleep you definitely should.. Better to sleep through early labor than feel every crappy contraction.

I slept until I was 8cm and almost didn't make it to the hospital - fast and easy! Sleep as much as you can.

Well I finally fell asleep, my contractions were five min apart for well over three hours I tried drinking water, laying down, sitting, bouncing on my yoga ball and nothing was stopping them so I kinda got my hopes up but I guess I needed some sleep because Ive only had one since waking up an hour ago

Yeah, that's what happens during false labor. It sucks.

When are you due?
