It can be normal especially when moving suddenly or too fast or when standing too long.

I got that from having really low BP (60/40) and low blood sugar. Try to eat a piece of fruit every so often, and talk to your OB if it gets worse/you're still concerned. Do they have a number you can call to discuss non-emergencies? I always had my midwife's cell number to text if I had any issues.

I've been up for a couple hours now and it hasn't gone away. It feels worse.

Can you check your BP and blood sugar? Have you tried eating/drinking?

If it's not going away, I think you need to contact your DR.

What do you do for vertigo? The on call doctor said vertigo too. She told me to go to the ER but I can't afford another $250 copay to not be listened to.

When I've gone for that they gave me a shot and gave me a RX for phenergen, but I wasn't pregnant, and all the phenergen really did was make me sleepy. It's an anti nausea med but everything knocks me out.

Ah, that wouldn't help me because I'm home alone with D until 3am. It's already hard to take care of her and play with with her. I tried getting her orange juice and fell, not hard.

Omg if you're falling you need to go to the er. That's not safe especially if you're home alone with your LO :(

All you can really do is try and take it easy, if it is vertigo then. Sometimes I can tell Olivia "mommy is sick." and she'll lay with me or play quietly, but other times she thinks my misery is hilarious.
