Starving but literally have NOTHING to eat in this house that doesn't involve cooking! So tempting to go get something to eat!

Anyways, I want a good chicken recipe. I LOVE chicken, but we don't make it often because I don't know many ways of cooking it. Any ideas?!

Do you have any curry powder and whoshtishire (sp?) sauce? Just sprinkle on a TINY bit of curry powder and then dump a bunch of the sauce on there. Chicken will be juicy and yummy as hell!

Lemon pepper chicken, BBQ chicken, Italian chicken, fiesta chicken and rice bake. Those are the ways I usually make chicken.

Sorry I'm mobile.
I add buffalo sauce and ranch to the batter and parmesan cheese in the coating. It's amazing :)

I forgot to specify! I don't like fried foods. We only really eat boneless skinless. I don't like lemon pepper. I make chicken pot pie, chicken spaghetti, chicken stir fry, italian chicken. WE also can't do spicy stuff because of hubby's acid reflux. I really like chicken alfredo and the like. I wouldn't mind some more chicken pasta recipes!

3 chicken breasts, trim them, put them in a freezer bag and flatten them a bit with a hammer, cut them into chunks (about a 2" by 2" chunk), spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray put each piece of chicken in the pan, pour on two cans of Hunts spaghetti sauce, sprinkle on a couple of handfuls of cheddar cheese or mozzarella, cover and bake around....400 for an hour I think, check a piece of chicken for doneness, when it's done, just turn the oven off and leave it in there, cook some fettuccine, drain it, put some noodles on your plate, and spoon on a bunch of chicken and sauce, eat that shit.

You should try my thing I posted. I use boneless chicken tenders and never fry it. :D You can eat them just the way they are when they come out or you can shred them and put them in pasta, tacos, rice, etc. :) I LOVE IT!

1 pound Penne (mini is the best)
6 strips of bacon, diced
1 tablespoon butter
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 packet ranch dressing mix
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook pasta according to package directions in boiling salted water; drain, return to pot, and keep warm.

2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Drain all but one tablespoon of bacon drippings from the pan.

3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the butter to the reserved bacon drippings, then add the chicken to the same skillet. Cook until tender, no longer pink, and slightly browned.

4. Sprinkle the flour and ranch dressing mix over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Stir in the milk, and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in the cheddar cheese and half of the reserved bacon; cook and stir until the cheese is melted. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.

5. Add the cheese sauce to the reserved pasta and stir to combine. Serve each plate of pasta with more bacon sprinkled over the top. Green onions would also be a delicious topping.
