I was reading on Google about saggy skin, and some people say you cant lose it with out surgery. I don't have a huge amount i'm 121 lbs and 5 "1 , 4 weeks pp. 2 weeks till i can work out, but i feel hopeless my tummy skin looks like a dog who just had puppies! Is it possible to lose that skin without surgery?

Skin is elastic. Your body will never look like it did before you got pregnant, but you can always improve it.

at 4 weeks your skin is still going to look pretty wore out! Try wearing a belly band and drink LOTS of water! You can improve it, I bet a year from now you will like your tummy much better. Take before and after pics so you can compare. That will help you see how much work youve done.

The best advice I can give is to just eat healthier and increase your water intake. Do exercises that focus on the stomach and ab area. Pregnancy changes our bodies forever. Your hips, skin, etc...will never be the same. And......that's okay. Workout and exercise to feel good about yourself. You'll see results, but..You probably won't look like Beyonce.

beyonce had a kid like a year ago so yeah, it's possible to lose weight and look like you did before pre-pregnancy.

Obviously, I'm aware of the fact that she had a baby...which is why I used her as an example. Most women don't pop a kid out and look that great (unless they have wonderful genes or a good plastic surgeon..).........................and you think Beyonce has the body she has right now solely from working out?

I never said someone who just had a baby couldn't lose weight. Anyone can lose weight. But......A woman's body will never be or look the exact same as pre-pregnancy.

OP, if you were looking for someone to tell you that your body is going to look like it did when you were 15...you came to the wrong place. If you feel insecure about your body, do something about it. But don't expect something that is unrealistic. Or...you can expect something unrealistic and be discouraged. I really don't care what you do.

after reviewing your pics, i think that will slow and steady core work u will make a surprising improvement! Some people think they are stuck with all this skin and they dont even try. The thing is ur muscles relax and all the fat deposits under the skin have NO support, this gives the illusion of saggy skin. A lot of the time with muscle work and fat loss this skin can improve amazingly. Not all of it and not always. It depends on the case in particular however again after looking at your pic i think u have a very good chance of a flat tummy again!

I have to disagree..I know lots of people who looked even better after having a baby. my body was better after having my son then before. pregnancy isn't the end of having a great body..
