Does anyone have a good alfredo recipe? I am making my weekly menu because I forgot to do it yesterday and I am making fettuccine alfredo on Wednesday for the first time.

I do a very simple one...I melt like a tbs of butter over med high heat, once it starts to bubble I turn down heat and whisk in tbs of flour. Then I slowly stir in two cups of milk and bring to a boil, then stir in parm cheese. oh I also use salt pepper garlic powder and parsley

Buy creole seasoning for the chicken. All I do is season the chicken bake it and cut it up, cook the noodles, and mix it all together with the sauce. I buy the jar sauce it taste good I'm too lazy to make it.

I swear by my Alfredo recipe! I love it and everyone tells me it's the best. I take a stick of butter and melt it down. I take my zester and grate down1-2 cloves of garlic and mix in t the butter ( not to hot or it will burn) then I add about 2 tbls of flour and mix in and slowly pour in 1-1.5 pints of heavy cream , constantly stirring it will get slightly thick but will thin out when you add the cream. Once that is hot I add 2 cups of shredded Parmesan and melt down. I get a good velvety sauce that is garlicky and yummy. I make it once a week a least! With roasted garlic broccoli and the OMG Pinterest chicken. So good!!!!!!

I had to sorta make my own. Trial and error. A whole stick of butter, fresh garlic a d heavy cream are the key. NOT healthy but so so good. I add a bit of ramano cheese too and it gives it a good flavor. I don't add extra salt ever though Cruz the cheese is salty enough.

I love it and I havent had it since my best friend made it for us for dinner one night when I was visiting her (she lives 8 hours away, near my parents), except she said she just winged it, and didn't follow a recipe. I am adding sun dried tomatoes to it too, thats why she did and it was soooooooooo good.
