How do you keep them?

Do you hand-write them in a note book? Do you print them and put them in a binder/folder? Do you leave them on your computer and work from that?

I've been thinking about doing a notebook, and currently have a binder and a clip in the kitchen that I clip them on.

I have a recipe book that's in notebook form.. I just write them down in there. It's sectioned off as ... Poultry, beef, veg, and dessert. I got it as a gift with a recipe book stand and oils. Love it :) and every section has little pockets if you just want to store a cut out recipe instead of writing it down.

In my brain lol. Unless its a baked good such as cakes or cookies. Those types of things need precise measurements. I have a small binder and a ton of book markers in my recipe books.

Alphabetical order in a binder going by sections of beef, chicken, pork, vegetables then I order them by main courses, sides, appetizers, breakfast, desert, drinks, salad and soup etc.

I think I have my binder sectioned to like chicken, beef, and sweets but I can't remember. I need to get it down and re-organize it and use the stinking recipes. haha
