Quoting Mama to J ♥:" She will not eat tofu or any time of meat substitute. If it looks or smells like meat, she is quick to turn away. She does eat nuts an sometimes salad. She hates any types of beans as well...:/"

How much milk does she drink a day? Protien is very important . Children need about half a gram of protien per lb of body weight a day.

Quoting SemiCharmed:" Honestly, meat isn't that good for you anyway. There is no real reason why a person should eat meat. ... [snip!] ... better really. It's wonderful that she is eating such healthy foods. Doesn't like it will be an issue but ask your doctor. "

Yep, the ecoli is coming from cows being fed a corn diet instead of grass diet like nature intends.

OP will she eat pizza? You can make pizza with chickpeas (as long as you like blend them thoroughly so your LO doesn't notice lol) and it adds a ton of fiber and protein.

My DS is the same wat he doesn't really like meat he will eat it sometimes but not always when he was younger he never ate it and that's okay! Im not a vegetarian but I also know that meat isn't important and its hard on little bodies to digest. He eats lots of nuts and will eat beans and lentils at times. Have you tried giving her humus? My son loves humus sandwiches! He prefers fruit over everything else his dr calls him a fruitarian. Just make sure she gets her protein and vitamins. Will she eat any fish?
