GOD why am i such a negative person? i hate it. i really hate my life nd everything. Im always finding something to b***h about whether its this or that, I am no fun to be around. Now i just feel like i have all this stress built up inside me, like a ball in my stomach, i feel sick. I jus want evrything to go my way and I know it cant. I need help bad

I feel like this sometimes, you just need to do something that makes you happy....even if its only for 10 mins! I dont have much me time so I treasure my quiet time like its gold lol. Go for a walk or something like that, its proven that working out reduces cortisol which is a hormone that is created when mad or stressed out. Also I like to be in control and it irritates me when i cant be....i felt it easier to just let things go! hope this helps :lol:

Life is life. You can't have everything go your way no matter how hard you try. Things happen. You need to look at the brighter side of life no matter what has happened. Everything happens for a reason.I used to be the negative person and I was always so angry and pissed ALL the time. It was such a hard life to live. I would always yell at my SO, my kids, my family. Nobody liked to be around me. The one thing that was always told to me was "if you don't like your life, change it. If you don't change it you have no reason to b***h because you're the one who has chose to be there"

There is a quote that I like a lot,
"Be Here, Now."



Basically it means, don't worry about what happened yesterday and don't worry about what is going to happen tomorrow, live in the moment you are currently in now. Makes life a whole lot easier when you aren't stressing over things you have no control of.

There is a quote that I try to think about any time I have been depressed in my life, "There is always, always, always something to be thankful for" so basically you just have to look at the things in your life that are good and focus on that. If you focus on the bad of course you will feel bad.
