I haven't taken my son to the doctor yet, but I'm pretty sure he is sensitive to gluten just based on the online symptoms I've seen listed.

What are some gluten free products that a 7 year old would like? Thanks!

Make sure if you want him tested for celiac or anything that you do NOT put him on a GF diet now. He needs to be eating gluten for at least 3 months every day before they can test.

Naturally GF stuff is the easiest to use honestly. Veggies, fruits, meats. They have GF options for almost anything, but they taste different. It's best to cut them out really for at least a few months then introduce GF versions (like breast and pizza crust) because then the difference in taste wont' be so obvious;.

No problem. I'm gluten free, so if you ever have question you can always ask! My kids aren't, but I suspect my youngest one will need to be. I'm just delaying because I don't want him to have to eat GF, because it really sucks, lol.
