Don't hit the ground running. Start small. Someone told me to start with the squat challenge cause its quick and easy. It starts small and progresses as you go so you're starting a habit instead of starting out big and burning out.

For me it took a daily regimen. I needed something saying what to do every day, so we are doing Insanity. I'm in week 3. I've never stuck to a workout so long, I'm proud of me.

I just go. Every morning before work. It helps that traffic is a f**king b***h if I don't leave early though, lmao. The most I'll take off at a time is like 4 days. I love my gym though and it has daycare for when I want to go on the weekends when I'm with LO. Doing the classes help me stay focused too and get a little bit better work out.

I always start out with a few stair runs and squats or a run, and do that every other day, just enough to feel the burn, but I can never seem to keep on it, eventually I feel like ahhh I'll just miss today, and that goes to a couple and so on and so forth. I just want to keep up with it.

What keeps me going even thur pregnancy is my old pictures when I was around 240+. I have 2-3 rest days a week, right know I just get on the treadmill for 30 minutes power walks. Before I was running 2-3 miles a day.

I want to put a picture of a fit model in my mirror, and my fridge so I'll see it daily to remind me to not quit... lol

I love to run but so leaves for work at 6 and I don't want to run while it's dark out, and it gets up into the hundreds during the day now and stays hot so running at night seriously sucks!!

Like someone else said, don't go all in at once. Start with walking. There are also plenty of workouts that are FUN! I'm doing Insanity, and it's not fun lol. But I'll get it done. Once you get in a routine, even if something isn't fun you'll do it. What keeps me going is ME! I am doing this for me and I I will be at my goal by next May! I don't know if you've ever heard of Turbo Jam, but it's a beginner level workout that's really enjoyable and it helps lose weight/tone.

I'm done with the walking lol, I walk my dog almost every evening about a mile, maybe 2 but walking just doesn't seem like a workout to me.

I use to take him running with me in the mornings cause he curved my fear of the dark, but there's this hugeeee pit bull that's came after him twice Now, (live out in the country and the man takes his dog too the fields in the morning with him).. they ruined that for me lol.

Does it work good for toning? I really don't want to lose any weight, because Ill end up looking like a skeleton, I heard the best way to build muscle without really losing weight is lots of protein an lifting weights, like barbell squats lol. I feel obsessed. Lol
