What I do with my kids is I tucker them out to get a workout in.
(My kids are 4 and almost 2)
I will put in a movie for them to watch.
I will workout first thing in the morning.
During nap time. (After I've taken them to the park and they are tired and want to relax at home)
You just got to be flexible. (that's hard for me, I really like routine!!!!!)

i let her play just dance with me or walk and when she naps i tone or go to the gym my mom helps when i go to the gym
I do zumba videos when Brandt takes his nap in the afternoon.. If he won't nap then I don't workout.. O well.. Or I will walk/run a mile after my husband gets home.. Only takes 10-15 minutes.
