You could do this without sounding like spam.

If you could find the time to mention this and spread the word I would be very thankful.

a lot of baby websites have links to cord blood banking. Something even more beneficial to your baby than this is delayed cord clamping. A third of a babies blood is outside its body, in the cord and placenta, when it is born. We are the only mammals on the planet who, without any medical reason and contrary to all evidence, clamp the cord before it is ready. This can cause major irreparable harm to both mother and child. even if your birth plan gets thrown out the window and you are rushed through emergency procedures (no, especially if your baby needs emergency help) insist that they leave the cord until it has stopped pulsing. How many of our precious babes have been in hypovolemic shock and taken from the mothers to be resuscitated only to pass away because their blood supply could not replenish? it only takes a couple of minutes of waiting. The hippocratic oath is to first do no harm and the very first thing we do upon our babies entering the world is rob them of the vital iron, red blood cells, oxygen and healing stem cells that would set them up for life. please check out www.cord-clamping.com and inform yourself.

Generally, it's better to open a discussion on the topic. "What have you heard about delayed cord clamping?" "Have you done it?" Questions and stuff get people talking and opening up to the idea.
