Posted this yesterday but put it int he wrong section so reposting here for the people like me who like to browse through the weight loss before/after pics!
Been dieting and working out for the past 3-4 months. I cut out all soda and sugary drinks and eat about 1200 calories a day. For workouts I do zumba for about 30 minutes every day, with one day off a week and every other day I do strength training (crunches, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, squats, weights etc) Although I got lazy and started slacking off quite a bit, and just started back up 4 days ago. I've lost about 20lbs, not sure how many inches as I need to remeasure but the results are definitely there! I'm almost back to my high school weight of 150 :D
Soooo happy! Also I jsut got my mirena out almost a week ago so really hoping I'll start losing faster now that it's out.

on the days you do the strength training..do you also do zumba the same day? or do you not do the zumba and only do the strength training?

It depends on what kind of day I had. I try to do both but if I was super busy and worn out I only do the strength training. My week so far is:
Monday 30mins zumba
Tuesday 30 mins zumba + strength
Wednesday 30 mins zumba
Thursday strenght, no zumba. Although I might fit a short class in (about 15 minutes) after the LO is asleep if I feel up to it.
