Why can't I think of foods I need, since we're going grocery shopping tomorrow? So far I've got: flour, salsa, and rice. What's on your grocery list?

I don't even bother making one anymore, because I always forget it at home.

I get the same damn way, so what I do is think about meals... ok what can we eat for breakfasts, lunches, dinners?? And then go from there.

Skin Boneless chicken breasts
Ground beef
Pork tenderloin
Soup
Juice boxes
Water bottles
Pasta and pasta sauce
Crescent rolls
Milk
Fruit snacks
Pretzels

I could go on but I'd need to go through the cabinets again

Side items for dinners, meats, fruits, snacks...my DD loves the crap out of oatmeal so I always buy two boxes. I make sure to get some quick dinners for the nights I'm gone to class.

This is what I do. I plan out the weeks dinners then write down everything I need for them, then add in some breakfast and lunch options.

If we don't make one, all we'll buy is junk food.

I meal plan then go from there. This way I stay on budget and don't over buy.

I need the household things, too. Damn. I hate leaving my house. I make a list of meals for the month, and that is the basis for my grocery list. I'm just tired of eating the same shit over & over.

im tired of eating the same shit over and over too...but i dont cook so i just eat literally the same small things everyday...pb&j sandwich, tuna sandwich, trail mix, avocado, banana, maybe hummus if i remember to buy good pita bread, pizza, and lentil soup, and garlic olives, just in a different order each day its weird and depressing lol. when someone comes over and cooks meals, its like--man thats awesome, but ive had this before too..lol im actually ecstatic especially if its fish..but they need to come out with a new vegetable and a new fruit..a new color too would be cool..lol

i would learn how to cook but ive tried, honestly, ive tried. some people suck at math, some people suck at using computers, i suck at cooking. im totally lost. i dont know my way around anyone's kitchen but my own. i can make macaroni and cheese from the box, boil eggs, put shit in the oven, but thats really about it. i take that back. i know how to make lasagna if i have directions infront of me. it turns out good.

lol

anyway good luck on your list.
