Jace is only 4 months and nowhere near weaning obviously, but I was just curious when everyone weaned their baby off of breastfeeding.
My first 18 months second 22 months and my third is 9 months and still breast feeding
my daughter will be 1 next month and we are still breastfeeding and I am 9 weeks pregnant. She doesn't seem to want to wean lol. She does eat a lot of solids though and has breastmilk anywhere between 1 and 4 times a day but more during the nighttime.
I haven't. My daughter just turned three and my son is almost two, both still nursing.
The first two times, I didn't really have a say. My milk dried up at 5 months with DS1 because I got pregnant when he was 4 months. Second time the doctors told me I HAD to switch to formula at 9 1/2 months because DD wasn't gaining weight. She still didn't after I switched. We are at 9 1/2 months this time, and looking to go at least 18 months, or until he weans himself. :)
still going at 10 months
Can't vote b/c DS hasn't weaned yet, but I'm guessing he'll be 2 or older. 17 months and still going strong. Probably 75% of his nutrition still comes from my milk.
I started drying up at 5 months. I tried to get my supply back up but nothing worked. I wanted to go until at least 9-10 months.
My first- 2 almost 3 years! Wanted to wean sooner but she loved breastfeeding way too much.
My second- he's only 2 months but were definitely trying for a year. Doing great so far.
11 months. He weaned himself, I pumped another few weeks and mixed it with formula than transitioned to cows milk.
my daughter is 21 months, and currently still nursing, with number 2 on the way :)
