Vagina falling off CrapBag. 3 kids; Minnesota 7921 posts

Is this normal or should I talk to my dr?

After my first 2, I didn't have any issues with my period PP. They came, it sucked, whatever. They were c-section babies.

My 3rd was a vba2c and I'm on my 4th pp period and every time, my vagina has ached for the first 3-4 days. Uncomfortable when I stand or move around, just aches and feels maybe like it is falling off.

Is that common after a vaginal birth? Does it get better?

It's normal! I felt that achy feeling with Addison for months...with Asher it hasn't been too bad, but his head was a bit smaller.

I am glad to hear it gets better, but I will be honest, c-section recovery was a breeze compared to the dumb shit that follows a vaginal birth.

Really??? I am scared of a vbac cuz at least I know what I'm getting myself into with a c-section. Your post scares me I don't want my crotch to fall off lol. My original goal with this pregnancy was vaginal all the way and I was very firm with it but the closer I get the more I'm thinking a planned c-section is less scary. Plus my Dr said that they won't let me go past my due date and they won't induce so the risk of me having a c-section again is like huge. Idk I guess I still have some time to decide. But any advice of the differences btwn them would be super nice

I probably shouldn't have posted that. I was just joking. For most people, a vaginal birth is the safest alternative. The thing with the sections is that your mid section hurts for a few weeks and then most often, you are pain free after. After my vbac, I had roids from hell and now my vagina is falling off. I also tore, but that is because I pulled her out too fast.

100% if I were ever to have another baby, I'd have another vbac, without question. It is safer for me plus the actual birth was better. My labor story is on my profile if you are interested.

I just read it n now I think I'm back to really wanting a vbac. Lol I'm so wishywashy but ur story is beautiful. I hope to have that. ur courage and confidence is something to be so proud of. Thank u. See I will be alone with a four year old n my newborn so I think vaginally is the faster way to heal but I'm scared of not knowing when it's gonna happen. I think when I go to my next visit at 35 weeks maybe I can get them to strip my membranes just so it makes it so my chances of vbac go up.

Good luck! Try to be as open minded to all outcomes and relax. Make sure your drs and nurses and partners are all supportive of you and you will be great!

Yes. Any time I have my period, and sometimes at random times between, it feels like all my internal organs are about to come out through my vagina.

for me, for whatever reason, i felt like my butt was going to fall off.

but it goes away pretty quickly ... i didn't really have much issue after like, the third day or so.
