My son is almost a year old and I have had absolutely no sex drive. Even though me and my sons dad have been together for 4 years and we don't get along too much these days, im still thankful he wants to have sex with me and I feel guilty for never ever ever ever being in the mood. Any advice?

Maybe try spicing things up a bit with some foreplay or you could just try to fake it til you make it!?

It's not that easy for me lol I'm with the baby all day and going to colleg and he works all day so neither of us want to put in any effort. He wants me to do all the work and not make anything special so it makes me kind of resent him. His annoying comments about pleasuring him are the last thing that will get me in the mood :/

You pretty much just summed up our sex life exactly.. I have NO sex drive.. My husband makes sexual comments all day long and the more he does it, the more turned off I get.

Omg I know exactly. "Reminding" us every five seconds that you have a p***s is not going to get us in the mood.

You can speak to your doctor about it and get a shot. Stress and lack of sleep are the leading causes of low libido.

I went and saw mine almost two months ago and got the shot (sorry, Idk the name of it) but its been great. I was told that I may not even have to go back and get another and I haven't so far. I guess it just needed a little jump start. Lol

I would bet it has to do with not getting along so much! That does a number on a women's sex drive!! I would definitely sit down and talk to him. If I am not in the mood I won't have sex with DH and vice versa. But we're always in the mood!

I want that shot, I'm on birth control but want to get mirena removed. Are you on birth control & still were able to get a shot?
so you told your doctor about low libido & he offered it?

I'm not on BC, but yes I just told him what was going on and he suggested the shot. :)

Just go talk to your OB, he'll help you figure something out.
