Make your four year old to walk out into your apartment complex parking lot, hauling TWO huge trashbags by themselves? No joke, came home from the park tonight, and the little girl who lives down from me was taking the trash out! Her mom was nowhere to be found. The poor little girl couldn't even reach the top of the dumpster! It infuriates me honestly. This mother is always allowing her kids to run wild unsupervised, and the oldest one is MAYBE 8 years old. They harass the blind guy downstairs, trying to make him trip and fall while he's out walking. They play in front of cars, and in the road. I had enough tonight, and finally called the police. Personally, I find that irresponsible parenting. These kids are going to end up hurt.

I hope the call to the police knocks some sense of responsibility and accountability into her head. Poor kids. And poor blind guy downstairs

I hate people like that. My family kind of has their own block where a lot of them live in my town. For mothers day this kid that lives on the block over came to my grandmas. He was there ALL day. The parents don't even know us. Never came to check on him once and they couldn't see him from their house. He's like 5.

CPS yes, cops no. That's a waste IMO.

She could see the girl, but when we went past she wasn't even paying any attention, sitting on the couch watching TV while her little girl wandered around. It's like this pretty much everyday. The cop saw the pics I took and is going to contact our apartment management, and contact CPS

I'd let my 4yo help me if he/she wanted to, but not making her do it all on her own. Not safe at all!! Not to mention unhygienic
