Breakfast- 8am
Lunch- 2pm
Dinner- 6pm
I know those are wierd times.. And i feel like they arent working.
What time did you usually feed your little ones?
I just want a set schedule for what time he eats, has a bottle then naps.

breakfast is when we wake up usually 8:30
snack around 10
lunch around 12
snack around 3 after her nap.
dinner at 5:30
bedtime snack

8-2 seems like a really long time in between meals.

8am, 12noon, 7pm

She always has a snack at 4-5pm.

She also usually doesn't eat one meal. Like if we sleep in and she doesn't eat until 10am, she will have her snack at 2-3pm and then eat supper at 7pm. There are also days where we just find something to eat when we are hungry. We are not very structured and the times can vary as much as 2 hours depending on the day.

We used to do supper at 5:30 or 6. Since SO has been working until 6 there are nights he doesn't get off until 6:30.

Breakfast 8am
Small snack 10am
Lunch 12
Small snack 2-3pm
Dinner 6pm

Sometimes we'll skip one of the snacks if they aren't needed, but this is generally what we follow.

I think i'm just really afraid of him being overweight or something. Maybe that's just me but diabetes & high blood pressure do run in my family & his dad's family, & most of my family are pretty heavy so..

Common snacks in our house:

Various fruits (kiwi and grapes being a favorite), veggies w/ hummus, nuts, graham crackers, dried fruit, string cheese.

this.

nuts animals crackers.

If you are really only feeding him at those times, he's probably hungry! little kids need a lot of calories from well balanced nutrition.

I just saw that he is still an infant, do you only feed him 3 bottles a day?

At 7 months, he should be eating more than 3 bottles a day.

Oh, a baby? I assumed a toddler -- my bad. I agree, more bottles less "food".
