I don't take any meds, and never will. Don't need to.

lol are you serious?
I havent taken meds since I was 18 but they never worked. I think cuz of my home life. But I think I might need to take them after this baby is born if I have PPD again.

Have you thought about ingesting your placenta to help with PPD?

I don't believe dosing up your brain and body with medications is constructive without knowing the long term effects of the drug.
Also, why take an anti-depressant, or anything for a 'personality disorder' when even on the label says "may cause thoughts of suicide"... because that sounds ... helpful...

And this is exactly why I will never take drugs for mental problems, ever.

Thats true, and mainly why i dont use meds almost ever. But I think I need more help, and dealing with it on my own isnt working.

Therapy isnt an option either I wish it was

It happens, I think short term use it can be okay. But the doctors plan for people to be on it for a lifetime. Medication is scary, I'd rather have my bat shit crazy moments a couple times a month vs taking a medication that is deemed safe without proper testing.
