I could just march up to L&D and demand they admit me and just let me have this baby!

She is soooo very close. Im almost positive if she would move into the correct position (instead of ass backwards and head down) she would probably just fall out.

And even being on all 4s and an exercise ball havent helped! Shes being stubborn.

Did they offer to break your water?

Are you dilated at all?

I'm uncomfortable too but not ready to go to L&D yet. I am hoping I only go once and don't leave empty handed!

Im dilated to a 3. Im making really slow progress. They offered to break it a couple days ago but I refused insisting I would go into natural labor. With my first I was induced and it took over 24 hours to get from 0 to a 4 with PIT. But 4-10 happened in an hour..

But now Im calling bull shit. This kid is never going to come and now its not *my* doctor on call and the one on call doesnt want to break my water.

Driving 45 minutes is really starting to kill me to leave empty handed. More then once Ive debated just sitting in the waiting room screaming until they admit me lol

Im in the same boat as you! Im only 3 1/2 centimeters and have been having contractions for almost a week they come so strong to the point im ready to go in and when I do there's no progress at all so I come home and wait it out, id rather he come on his own too but if I dont have him by Wednesday they're gonna break my water, crossing my fingers that doesn't happen! Hope everything works itself out for you, I know its so exhausting

It really is! I had drugs for my first, I had no idea how much it really does wear a momma down just trying to get the kid out. The will do a full induction at 39 weeks if I want but I dont really want to. Breaking my water seems less invasive.

same here I had drugs with my DD, which I hated, so this time I dont want any at all! I would prefer them breaking my water over pitocin.. But it would be so nice if he would just come on his own, I dont mind him baking as long as he wants, just as long as I dont have to get pitocin lol

Yeah I want to avoid the PIT this time. I will totally take the Epidural again though that was awesome. My biggest problem is not knowing exactly whats happening. Im half tempted to make my husband check me, but on that same note he wouldnt know what the hell he was looking for.

I wouldnt mind her baking longer if she stopped causing all this pain! Between the belly, the back, and whatever else is in there getting thrashes around at I want to cry and lay in bed. My two year old has other plans. Like lunch, and play time lamo.

I keep hoping my water breaks on its own and they have to let me have this baby lol

Lol im the same exact way, everytime I attempt to get out of bed I wait and see if my water will break as I sit up! And my 3yr old is the same all she wants to do is play and play so we play and play

Haha yeah, its even more amusing when I get stuck in my bed. My husband has to come home and help me out otherwise ill be there for hours. Its like my water bed has a mind of its own someday and just wants me to stay with her all day.
