Quoting crystalgayle2011:" how much and long did you work out and can you give me examples of what you did and about how long it took?"
I worked out pretty hardcore from January to April and since then, it hasn't been consistent ( I have been so busy!). I switched it up a lot. Some days I would do cardio for an hour and then about 30 minutes of weights, or I would do 45 minutes of Bootcamp Circuit or maybe just take a run for 30-45 minutes. I will also just break into a plank, while I'm coloring with my daughters or maybe while I'm waiting for my reports to print out work, I will do some squats and lunges.lol I get bored easily so I basically do what I feel like doing.lol I wouldn't be able to stick to a program.
I completely changed my diet and started drinking a lot more water and taking some more vitamins. I think the whole combination made a difference.

Thanks so much!
You look great. While I do have one child already I am expecting twins now. There are tons of moms of multiples out there who are saying they've had to resort to tummy tucks or wish they could afford one because of the way their tummies look now. So discouraging. Did you work out while you were expecting? Did you eat super healthy? Or are you just one of the lucky ones that have great genes? Nonetheless, you look amazing!

Thank you and congratulations on the twins!! No working out while pregnant, I was on bedrest for 17 weeks! I naturally eat healthy but not really when pregnant, I craved Cheetos,Reeses and Monster Bacon Cheeaeburgers.LOL I still tried to eat healthy bit sometimes those cravings took over! I considered a tummy tuck when they were one but decided against it.
