yesterday i ate a banana, a serving of pasta salad, made a sandwich out of leftover greek chicken salad and a fruit cup.



is that like...enough calories?
ive been having a hard time lately and this is pretty standard. i binge eat if i find something that fits my appetite but that doesn't happen all that often. the odd thing is my dads gf said i look bigger than usual...well her words were "you look....not annorexic". and i did seem to gain a little less than ten lbs lately. i did change BC to non-hormonal IUD but i cant see how im gaining weight with like....no calories.



1)is that enough to live on?
2) how am i gaining weight?

That is not nearly enough to live off of. You're gaining weight because you're putting your body into starvation mode and it's holding onto every single calorie you take in because it's not getting enough.

Well if that's all you ate in the entire day then I'd say no... sounds like a good lunch though lol. When I drop calories I gain weight at first because I'm basically starving until I get use to the change and my body responds like that.

That's not even close to enough you are starving your body you need around 1500 calories a day.

i go through all our cupboards, fridge, freezer...meh. check cupboards again.



its for no lack of food that i cant find something to eat, i just have no appetite. isnt that odd? i do feel hungry, possibly even weak and lightheaded if i stand up too fast. this has been going on for a while but i cant just eat. idk...

how many calories is that? can anyone say?
i mean pasta salad with a few veggies cheese and peperoni, italian dressing. so thats carby and proteiny lol.



pasta salad is one of the things i could almost always eat but i just looked and rick threw out the leftovers :x

not even small things, like carrots and other veggies plain or dipped in hummus? A thing of yogurt? An apple or orange? Just eat small things through out the day if you can. The calories will add up and it's healthier for you.

You're gaining weight because you're not eating properly. You still need to eat to lose. I eat about that much before 12pm every day and I'm skinny. I'd do 6 small meals a day.

yeah i should get into hummus i think that is one thing i could do, even at work.
