I don't know either. I start getting all shaky and I need to eat something. I'll stop at a gas station and get some stale peanuts or something.

yeah idk, i work second and dont generally eat breakfast, have to leave before lunch so bring a snack up to my desk. usually a banana or granola or something. i eat lunch at 6pm, by then i usually am starving lol. but i cant eat a lot, by the time i go home i usually dont want whatever rick made for dinner.



and thats usually it. idk. yeah that does sound horrible now that i write it out...

I have perfect blood pressure, always have. lol I dont get dizzy at all from not eating. But somedays that is all I do is eat all day long lol.

I rarely even ate when I was pregnant I had to force myself to eat and would just throw it up from my HG I had.

nooo im not trying to loose weight. im quite aware as others that i look anorexic. thats normal though, even when i was healthy i was very skinny, but much stronger than people would guess. now i feel as weak as i look :cry:
i could do something like that but i doubt i would keep up with it, im bad about those kinds of things. you know one i could look up?

Its funny cause I hate cheese, but I love toamto and cheese sandwiches. lol That and I hate bread. lol

Ya I never eat breakfast ever. lol My kids dont either they hate eating in the morning.

im the same way, i do have low blood pressure and sometimes get dizzy but never passed out. shaky and irretible even. still cant bring myself to even a bag of peanuts. it is frustrating.

Have you ever tried protein shakes? Maybe you could look into those and have one to drink when you know you need to eat, but can't bring yourself to do it.

actually i had this problem a while ago and started running thinking it would boost my appetite. it worked for a bit but i didnt have the time to keep up with the running.
i hate nuts lol. i do make my own granola and try to sneak in as many seeds and nuts as i can without ruining the snack

we make them where i work :D
i sneak in the lab and try a sample every now and then. its hard to bring myself to pay that kind of money though when i could just eat more, though im having a hard time with eating so maybe i should look into that.

Wow!! Not at all. You need to figure out your BMR (the calories you burn just laying in bed all day with no activity). You need to eat no less than that number. Mine is around 1500. You're currently putting your body in starvation mode which makes it impossible to lose weight and when you actually eat your body will hold onto it making you gain weight.
