I wouldn't eat it. I'd ask for a refund and refuse the pizza. That's disgusting.

Idk, I order from them often and never had it happen too. I ordered it at 12:18 now its 1:13 and not here yet lol. I used the online tracker..

Sometimes we fudged the times to keep our delivery numbers on par with what corp wanted. For example, we would leave with the pizza and have someone else check it out for us after we left. Or, show it as left when we hadn't left with it. Not to mention, this is the lunch rush so expect it to be waiting under the heat lamps.
