So I bought some since I was at the mead market. Thought "what the hey". Well how do I cook them and what do I pair them with for a meal? TIA

Side salad, mashed potatoes and green beans? Pasta maybe. I think you just boil them...I'm not sure, lol.

I believe you just plop them in a pot of boiling water. They don't take long to cook either. You could have it with mini potatoes and asparagus. Now I want some...

You can boil or grill them. As for sides, you can do roasted potatoes, asparagus, green beans, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, etc.

Ooh! You could do home made surf and turf and do steak with it and then some potatoes and a veggie.
