So excited about how loose all my jeans are on me! I'm down 20lbs in since February and feel great. Still have 19lbs to go to my goal weight :)

I know I posted recently, but took some new pics I'd like to share. I'm hoping it'll help motivate some of you, if I can do it you can do it. I went from eating around 3,000 calories a day and drinking 4-6 cans of soda a day, and never exercising other than playing with or chasing my daughter.

Now I eat 1200 cals or less per day, NEVER touch soda, and work out 30-45 mins a day + do strength training. I've never felt better about myself.

Before:

Now! :)

And losing weight + zumba booty shaking is really improving my butt. It actually has some shape to it, is tighter and lifted up a bit :)

Not neccesarily- my doctor recommended that I cut to 1200 cal a day and 30 minutes of stationary biking a day to lose weight a while back. Depends on her body, her routine and her overall health really. I wouldn't do LESS than 1200/day- and you have to be very vigilant about getting all your food groups/vitamins/minerals in but it CAN be done safely.

she said 1200 or LESS plus the workout. you need to eat at LEAST 1200 , and that's after working out.

so yes, she's starving her body

You look great!! Did you have a hard time with zumba at first? I tried like one day and just didn't get it. I'm so not a dancer but I wanna learn lol

1200 calories is not starving. It's what was recommended by my doctor and weight loss app. I load up on mostly fresh fruits and veggies to get the most out of my calories as well.

Best advice I can give you is to breastfeed! Not only is it great for the baby it burns that post partum weight like you wouldn't believe. I believe you burn about 500-800 calories a day by breastfeeding alone.
