I dont know why but with all three of my boys didnt sleep soundly through the night till 2 1/2. My 18 1/2 month still makes up cries for a drink. Doctor said its normal but im wanting him to sleep more soundly through the nights bc im due in july...
Anybody else go through this?
Ive tried seeing if he'll fall back to sleep without me getting up and that just makes him more upset. He gets nightly baths before bed, and i put him to bed full and sleepy. Any tips or anybody else going through this?

A drink of what? Water? Or is he still using a bottle? Sleeping through the night is a milestone like any other. Some kids just take longer to do it. If all he wants is a drink then I'd get him a drink and put him back to bed. He'll eventually sleep through the night. It's probably not what you want to hear but there's not much else you can do.
