I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I don't really feel like I'm pregnant at time , the only symptoms I get are a headaches (sometimes) , tired more often ,diarrhea ,tender breast and I also had a few mild cramps last night ... But apart from that I'm fine I haven't thrown up once since I found out I'm pregnant .

Has anyone else had the same symptoms as me at 4 weeks?

My pregnant symptoms never kicked in until later. With my first I never threw up until my second trimester, then it was daily. My early symptoms were just sore b**bs and weird discharge.

Some people don't even know they're preg at all that early. So you're fine :)

:!:
I found out at 3 weeks but that was because we were TTC and I kept track of it. Didn't get any MS until 8 or 10 weeks, some don't get any sickness or it comes much later.

I didn't even know I was pregnant until like 8 weeks. The morning sickness came a few weeks after that.

With my daughter, morning sickness didn't kick in until about 8 weeks. My son, no morning sickness at all. I'm about 7 weeks and so far, the last few days I've felt kind of nauseous, but before then all I had was super sore nipples and wanting to sleep 24/7. Be glad if you don't get any at all. It sucks! When I had it with my daughter, it was just annoying nausea for the first trimester. By time the 3rd trimester came along, it was terrible nausea and constant vomiting.

I am 6 weeks. And I had sore b**bs at 4 weeks, but I thought my AF was coming cause it started hurting the normal time frame before I started. My signs didnt start showing till 6 weeks. Gassy, hurtburn, starving 24/7, nausea. All that fun stuff, waiting to fully get morning sickness. Alot of sign dont start coming up till about 6 weeks normally, so hold on to feeling normal, cause now I feel like a zombie walking around. LOL

I didn't start getting really bad morning sickness until about 7 weeks and now I have it all day every day, nonstop with vomiting.
