I hear you. I rode my son's bike for like 3 minutes yesterday and felt like I was going to die, lol. When did I get so out of shape?!

there's more problems than age (especially since 30 isn't anywhere near old) if you get sore like that playing with a bunch of 10 year olds.

Also, do you take any vitamins like calcium and the sort to help the bones?

I would be fine if I didn't slip in the wet grass and end up on my back. lol My neighbors are still talking about it today LOL
