Quoting La~La:" why?"

My spine is fused from bottom of my neck to the top of my ass. I can't bend and my back isnt strong enough for push-ups yet.

Why can't you do a sit up? I mean, push ups take some core strength, but sit ups aren't super hard. I mean, I can't do one right now, but give me a break, I'm 39 weeks pregnant.

Planks, planks, and more planks. Start small like 30 srconds and build up from there. That will build muscles in your core and your back. The more muscle built the less your spine will hurt.

I haven't been in physio in a long time. I am 6/7 years post op but I don't have the movement of a regular person, I can't walk for long periods (let alone run) and can only lift 25 lbs.
