Any healthy energy drink that i can make to keep me up ???



I have a 7 weeks and days baby ,she goes to sleep at 9-930 and she wont wake up till 330am after i feed her i get up to get dress to start my workout by 4am



last week i was fine not sleepy at all but this week im so sleepy while im doing my workout.


Im losing my motivation big time :(

What time do YOU go to sleep?



Drink a little bit of water before your workout. Maybe try sleeping an hour later or something, 4am is really early to be up just for a workout. After you do your workout, drink a protein shake.

:!: this is what I was thinking. Op, your probably tired because your not sleeping enough. Lol. You're only 7 wks PP take it a little easier.

i go to bed no later 9:45 baby only wakes up one time and its always 3-330am

4 am is the only time i can do because i work so after im done with my workout is 5 so by 6am im ready with makeup and everything and baby will wake up before 7 i feed her and drop her off

There's not really a healthy energy drink lol. Spark has a ton of AS so it's not healthy.. My mom uses it. I would try sleeping more because it sounds like you're deprived! :)

alternate between things like i play just dance take walks and go to the gym also i have a mommy and baby toning video and a x box work out game so i can have choices between the week or id be bored
