i just had a baby c section,they didn't cut the muscle. So thats good, but i have belly and thigh fat. I'm 5'1 120 lbs. Thats not huge .iIs just saggy fat. Has anyone lost most of there fat or celulight, Skin by exercise ,such as walking ,weight lifting not heavy weight lifting, squates , leg presses and eating healthy. How long did this take and are you still exercising? Not just a fad diet, But a life style change. I have been doing this for about 4 months. I had my baby 1 month ago and stopped for 4 weeks.
